Business Development Manager- Asean

**Duties and responsibilities**
**Sales**
- Develop and implement business growth objectives and plans, targets by geographic and product market for assigned territory.
- Identify and develop key direct accounts in the territory.
- Ensure customer business transfer process and implementation process functions efficiently.
- Communicate project opportunities and feedback logs and monthly summaries in CRM system to CPC.
- Manage leads database and follow up
- Actively participate in CPC meeting at least one time per year.
- Prepare and implement annual business development and expense plan for the territory 4Q annually.
- Strengthen CPC brand name in ASEAN
- Partnering with Business Units and Marketing Communications to identify market needs in the territory and support trade show planning
- Coordinating global account management with US counterparts.
**Distributor Management**
- Manage and implement distributor development plans. Manage distribution channels and propose modifications. Initiate and complete new distributor search and recruitment as required.
- Establish, develop and implement distributor training process that may include technical seminars, meetings and technical training that enhances our distributors’ abilities to sell CPC products.
**Your qualifications and experiences**
- Degree in Engineering/ technical or a comparable discipline with demonstrated success promoting mechanical components to OEMs in diverse markets
- Experience working for a US Company and has ability to perform marketing activities (trade show planning and adapting US marketing materials to local markets)
- Strong knowledge of component markets and have experience with both direct business and through distribution
- Business and technical proficiency in English, Mandarin and Malay preferred, to communicate with Chinese
- speaking and Malay
- speaking associates/ distributors in China, Malaysian.
- Good presentation, negotiation and communication skills are essential.
