**Job Description**:
- Management of Construction, Industrial Machinery & Mobility Dept.., management includes marketing of
products/services, HR, budget & settlement, RM, legal etc.
- Marketing of Mobility, Decarbonization Business, Industrial Machinery and the service to ASEAN and other
markets.
- Sourcing of Mobility, Decarbonization Business, Industrial Machinery from ASEAN and other markets.
- Relationship building with clients in ASEAN region.
- Exploration of new investment opportunity in relating industries.
- Report on department business to the management and HQ mainly in Japanese.
- Daily coordinating work with relevant business departments, HQ and other overseas offices.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Design) or its equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of working in a public listed company in marketing of Mobility,
Decarbonization Business and Industrial Machinery.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge and experience in managing a Department.
- Knowledge and experience with finance and accounting.
- Business level Japanese Language proficiency is required, JLPT N1 prefers, for writing reports and communicating
with Management, business partners as well as internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge and experience with investment, M&A is preferred but not necessary
