**This position is for PaxOcean Group, a company under Kuok (Singapore) Limited.**

**Position Summary**

You will be leading the department in ensuring the highest availability to all the buildings and equipment, contributing to the success of the shipyard. You will also provide recommendations on upgrading and alterations with the view of improving the efficiency, innovativeness of work processes.

**Tasks and **Responsibilities**
- As a team leader, besides providing leadership and guidance to your team to create a work environment that promotes excellence, collaboration, and employee satisfaction, you will also establish rapport with and manage all the contractors under your charge. You will mobilise your resources to support stakeholders and execute facilities management operations and project activities to support PaxOcean’ s business objectives. You will be responsible in ensuring all assets, buildings, equipment under your charge are always compliant to all statutory requirements and certifications without fail. You will also manage the capital expenditure, operational expenditure of your department. In addition, you will also drive productivity, efficiency and sustainability through continuous improvement initiatives, innovation and change management within your team. At all times conduct yourself in a fair unbiased manner with honesty. Uphold the core values of the organization in all dealings.
- Minimum 5-10 years in similar management position at marine and/or offshore industries.
- Degree/Diploma in Estate Management, Facility Management & Shipyard Management, Engineering preferably Mechanical or Electrical related. For Diploma holders, prior leadership experience (minimum 5 years) in complex worksite environment will be an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in managing the maintenance (including but not limited to housekeeping, building and M&E services) of a large-scale industrial property with preference in the marine and offshore industry.
- Knowledge and experience in managing the maintenance of marine related equipment such as gantry crane, crawler crane, docks, forklifts etc.
