Key Responsibilities
- Lead the tendering and bidding process, from review to submission, with competitive and compliant proposals.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and agreements.
- Partner with project managers, estimators, engineers, and procurement to deliver on contract obligations.
- Analyze tender documents, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, costs, schedules, and progress.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, safety codes, and quality standards.
- Foster strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Support claims management, variations, and dispute resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record in contract management and tendering within Singapore's construction industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of roadworks, mill & Patch and drainage work.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Singapore's construction laws, regulations, and safety standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
