  • Location: Tuas, Singapore
  • Employment type: 3-year contract with strong potential for renewal or conversion based on performance

Project Scope

You will play a pivotal role in implementing innovative, mission-critical solutions, including:

  • Robotics and automation systems
  • Access control and security infrastructure
  • Border control technologies leveraging biometrics and AI

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strong leadership to project teams to ensure seamless and successful project delivery.
  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, covering planning, scheduling, resource allocation, vendor management, and execution.
  • Oversee projects that integrate IT system deployment with civil works / construction activities such as site preparation, cabling, mounting, and installation.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement to secure positive and sustainable outcomes.
  • Proactively monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver timely and comprehensive project updates to both internal management and external clients.
  • Ensure smooth execution in a 24/7 operational environment, including rotational on-site Saturday support.
  • Mentor, coach, and guide team members to foster a culture of collaboration and high performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in project management of large-scale turnkey projects.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering IT projects involving civil works or construction activities (e.g., infrastructure setup, access systems, structured cabling, structural installation).
  • Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Agile/Scrum certification or practical agile project experience is advantageous.
  • Previous exposure to government or critical infrastructure projects will be a strong plus.

Why Join Us?

This is a rare opportunity to lead critical national-level infrastructure projects that merge advanced technologies—from biometrics and AI to robotics and automation—with on-the-ground civil implementation. If you are ready to make a tangible impact, thrive in a high-performance environment, and take your career to the next level, we'd love to hear from you.
