We are assisting a leading technology solutions provider to hire an experienced Infrastructure Manager. Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable and secure infrastructure blueprints across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Enforce architecture standards and best practices across infrastructure projects.
• Lead capacity planning and performance tuning initiatives for high-availability systems.
• Produce detailed architecture documentation and technical diagrams.
• Manage vendors for procurement, integration, and solution delivery.
• Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
• Design and implement zero-trust security frameworks including network segmentation, IAM, and secrets management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years' experience in infrastructure design/management roles.
• Proven track record with 2+ years in large-scale Singapore Government project implementations.

• Deep technical expertise in:

• Infrastructure technologies (networking, firewalls, load balancers, virtualization, hyperconverged systems, backup/restore).

• Enterprise Linux systems (RHEL, Ubuntu, SUSE), including air-gapped deployments and secure configuration.
• Cloud-native & Kubernetes ecosystems (EKS, AKS, GKE, OpenShift, Rancher).
• Secrets management & encryption tools (AWS KMS, Azure Key Vault, HashiCorp, Thales).
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, IT risk management, and cryptography.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders.
• CISSP certification is preferred
