- Support and track project tasks including creating, follow up and record keeping
- Handle vendor purchase order creation and vendor services contracts
- Monitor service order processes, tracking system records
- Manage customer site access requests, task creation, progress updates and closure
- Work with sales, presales, implementation and DC operations
- Use IT system to create and report incidentOther tasks as assigned
**Requirement**
- Diploma in business management
- 2 years of working experience in project support, administration and assisting secretarial work
- Detailed oriented, meticulous and able to work under pressure
- Independent, systematic and collaborate well
- Knowledge of IT system like SerivceNow, Salesforce and Oracle is a plus
