**Description**:
Cantley LifeCare has developed a number of innovative and fast-growing E-commerce businesses including SeniorCare, HoneyCity and PetFoodCare

We are looking for a smart, results-oriented Customer Service and Fulfillment Assistant to support the demand and growth of the E-commerce businesses. You will create and enhance customer after-sales experience through a complete service in customer support and fulfillment.

There will also be opportunities for career advancement into a management position or job roles rotation into digital marketing, design and business development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in closing customer support tickets through our multiple communication channels
- Prepare orders to be shipped out
- Arrange for logistics
- Purchasing of new inventory
- Manage warehousing for inbound inventory

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Strong writing skills
- Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically
- Experience designing and executing online customer experiences
- Strong communication skills: experience in coordinating teams and communicating to management
- Strong bias for action, ability to prioritize and attention to detail
- Familiar with Google Chrome, Windows Mail, Microsoft Windows
- An understanding of, and passion for media and technology
- Aptitude for organization, flexibility and producing results in a fast paced environment
- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, plus the ability to learn in-house tools quickly
- Experience using Excel and evaluating data to guide decisions
- Fluency in English
