Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for an experienced **Works**Package Manager - Clean Utilities** to join the Project Management & Construction team responsible for the build and delivery of a range of projects.

**Responsibilities (include but not limited to)**:

- Accountable for all clean utilities systems (purified water system (PW), water for injection (WFI), pure steam (PS), nitrogen & compressed Air (N2 & CA), etc.), including clean utilities equipment and surrounding environment infrastructure linked to functionality and performance
- Part of a multi-disciplinary project team
- Understand and be able to objectively review drawings detailing the clean utilities system designed by the AE
- Participate in procurement activities for clean utilities package, challenge the bidders, propose alternative or innovative solutions, evaluate the proposals, score the bidders, support the customer for the final selection
- Coordinate and supervise all clean utilities contractors during the construction phase, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with regulations, codes and good practices
- Support the Construction Manager in the ongoing plans of project scheduling requirements, manpower requirements and project budget specific to their trade
- Perform construction administration and field investigation tasks for pharmaceutical projects including conducting field inspections and subsequent detailed inspection reports
- Process RFIs and change orders related to the clean utilities work package
- Review and document compliance calculations and forms issued by the AE
- Select equipment and fixtures for use in the production and non-production buildings
- Coordinate work with engineers of other disciplines and architects
- Ensure that all construction contractors’ supervision and manpower are instructed and comply with all aspects of MOM Workplace Safety policy, site regulations, permit to work procedures and instructions and Client requirements
- Ensure that construction contractors who work within the discipline adhere strictly to the latest Approved for Construction (AFC) project drawings, Specifications, ITPs
- Understand, follow and govern Procedures and Site Instructions
- Establish and/or implement ITP (Inspection and Test Plan)
- Manage commissioning of all clean utilities’ equipment and their handover to the client’s maintenance or engineering team, including the consolidation of all the OMMs documentation
- Responsible for the EHS and quality aspects of works within assigned areas and ensure construction contractors complete their work in accordance with the project schedule

**Requirements**:

- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical or process engineering, or related discipline
- At least 7 years of related experience in a similar role within Petrochem/O&G/ Process/ Pharmaceutical / F&B industry in cGMP environments
- Possess process piping and pipefitting experience
- Familiar with BMS and EMS
- Understanding of electrical standards and local requirements and general electrical safety best practices
- Demonstrate an ability to supervise a team and to report objectively and proactively to the line manager
**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**:

- Able to work in a fast pace and a regulated environment
- Able to plan, schedule, organize, prioritize, and coordinate project activities
- Strong understanding of facilities systems related validation / GMP requirements
- Strong troubleshooting skill and a good knowledge of different RCA tools
- Able to work independently and to perform machine assessment work
