**Job Description - Program Executive**

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Your duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Program Management
- Communicating with clients on confirmation of training program
- Preparation of materials for training
- Travel arrangements and/or bookings
- Post workshop communications with clients
- Work with the team on given projects and ensure collaboration with colleagues
- May require taking on projects and additional responsibilities from time to time

2. Workshop Producer
- Schedule virtual meetings and training sessions on Webex Trainings, Meetings and Zoom
- Assist participants in setting up video and audio for training sessions
- Assist trainers, coaches and facilitators during a virtual training session
- Export reports from virtual conferencing software post-training
- Manage recording footage from a training session

**CRITERIA**
- Good spoken and written English
- Detailed and conscientious, aspiring to produce high-quality work
- Has basic knowledge on Microsoft office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Fresh grads are encouraged to apply.
