Preferred qualifications: - Experience in writing for and working directly with CEOs, SVPs or other senior executives. - Experience using SQL to extract and manipulate data, working with multiple data sources and combining relevant information to generate insights from analyses. - Experience in Program/Event Management, Recruiting, HR, University Relations, Academic Cycle and Campus Recruiting Procedures and Practices, or related field. - Excellent stakeholder management, verbal, and written communication skills. - Excellent thinking and problem solving skills. **About the job**: - In this role, you will program manage the executive and internal communications strategy for APAC Recruiting. You will partner closely with Recruiting Leadership to ensure the organization is aligned on the key messaging and that critical updates are cascaded effectively throughout the organization. You will also lead the operations management side of our extended workforce in APAC recruiting. Great just isn't good enough for our People Operations team (known elsewhere as "Human Resources"). You’ll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Google through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices. **Responsibilities**: - Hold the leadership team accountable to align with the outlook and mission for all initiatives, narratives and communications for brand identity. - Maintain a close relationship and partnership with US and EMEA counterparts to ensure that APAC communication is closely aligned and globally planned. - Manage the operational side of the APAC extended workforce in compliance with internal guidelines. Keep track of all onboarding and off-boarding extended workforce on the system. - Remain up to date on all Google and extended workforce compliance guidelines and advise the APAC Recruiting Leadership team as questions arise.
