**The Opportunities**-
Your key responsibilities include:- Engage and connect with industry professionals, thought leaders and domain experts to build a robust network of faculty members aligned with our CHI’s innovation focus areas
- Lead strategic publicity and outreach efforts - including roadshows, engagement sessions and digital campaigns etc. - to elevate visibility and participation in innovation initiatives
- Design, organise and facilitate dynamic co-learning events, Communities of Practice (CoPs) and networking sessions to foster a culture of collaboration, shared learning and continuous improvement
- Involve in the project management of a national Knowledge Management platform for healthcare knowledge exchange, oversee and enrich content on the platform by collaborating with stakeholders to ensure relevance, vibrancy and continuous learning
- Monitor and evaluate the engagement effectiveness and provide data informed updates to CHI leadership to guide future strategies

**Requirements**:

- Relevant experience in healthcare, community building, knowledge management, communications and marketing or a related field
- Good people engagement skills with strong written and communications skills, coupled with the ability to build rapport and nurture relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in designing, planning and executing programmes and projects with successful delivery of outcomes
- Resourceful, proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to driving continuous improvement and achieving measurable outcomes
- Strong organisational and time management skills with a keen attention to details to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Passionate about healthcare innovation, improvement and/or productivity initiatives
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience. Experience in healthcare is preferred
