Formulates and operationalise PA policies and procedures on Grants Governance, Ground-Up Grants (GUGs) and Fund-raising (FR) Appeals (vis-à-vis Charities Act/Regulations).
- Oversees the implementation of PA policies and procedures focusing on their alignment with Government Instruction Manual (IM) on Grants Governance, Whole-of-Government guidance on GUGs and Charities Act/Regulations on FR Appeals.
- Facilitate competency development of PA Units including Field Governance Office (FGO) and Constituency Office (CO) staff to enhance compliance on Grants Governance and FR Appeals.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- **Assist Assistant Director (CGG) to develop, review and track compliance with policies and procedures relating to grants/GUGs and FR appeals, to improve the overall governance by all PA Units.**:
- **Track and monitor PA’s grant landscape for ad-hoc reporting to the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth.**:
- **Review grant submissions and provide guidance to PA Units/FGOs/COs in ensuring compliance to the IM/Regulations and PA policies/procedures.**:
- **Develop and design training content to enhance and strengthen PA Staff competence in grants governance and FR appeals.**:
**Qualification**:
**Professional Certification in Accountancy or other relevant qualification; Chartered Accountant would be an advantage.**:
**Experience**:
**Three years of experience in finance or accounts; experience in Grants Governance IM and/or Charities Act/Regulations on FR Appeals would be an advantage.**:
**Others**:
**Analytical and possesses good written and communication skills.**:
