**Responsibilities**

**1. Grant Applications**
- Works closely with PIs and internal teams to ensure adherence to stipulated guidelines
- Assist with grant submission through Integrated Management System (IGMS)

**2. Grant Administration**
- Point of contact for all EOS external grant administration, budget monitoring and reporting matters
- Works closely with PIs on verification of grant information, quarterly budget forecasts and compilation of progress reports
- Works closely with internal and external offices on all grant-related matters such as project account creation, budget allocation and system updates
- Maintains record of all award documentation (including EOS projects)
- Processing of quarterly grant claims to submit to the grantor for payment

**4. Other Grants Related Matters**
- Works closely with PIs to ensure that their teams are maintaining up-to-date record / listing of
- Project awarded equipment, OOE purchases and location of assets
- PI publication list, conference, collaboration efforts, internal and external services, etc.
- Assistance in external grant related audit matters
- Adhere to stipulated open-access data requirements, having a data management plan (DMP), and archive metadata and electronic notebooks related to the grant

Scope of work may change from time to time depending on information, guidelines and policies determined by grant agencies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in any discipline with 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience working with scientists preferred
- Experience in RISE, IGMS and other grants software
