Senior Executive, Research Grant Administration

You will support a senior officer in the administration of research grants handled by the NTU Research Support Office. This includes coordination of grant calls with the Colleges and Schools in the University, providing grants processing support for proposal and report submissions, coordination of review panel meetings, management of research accounts and closure of completed research projects.
You will also be involved in ad-hoc initiatives undertaken by the Office.
**Requirements**:
- A Bachelor/Honours degree from recognised university with at least one to two years’ relevant work experience
- Possess excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational, time management and planning skills
- Highly motivated individual with strong analytic skills, a keen eye for details, can multi-task and work independently and is a fast learner.
