- Review grant-related documents, verifying claims for accuracy and adherence to grant agreements. Guide the team to investigate and resolve service provider's concerns and queries.
- Monitor budget utilisation and ensure no outstanding claims upon funding expiry.
- Provide reporting and visibility to management and stakeholders of the relevant performance and status of the various grant schemes.
- Establish grant principles, processes, and SOPs.
- Lead and participate in engagements with auditors on grant-related audits and matters.
- Lead the team on the budgeting process and year-end accrual for on-boarded grant schemes.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 5 years of relevant managerial experience with demonstrated stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure in grant operation management in the public sector or private sector in the health or social care industry is a plus.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, able to lead teams to deliver results.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, business acumen, and a high level of integrity.
- Analytical with an aptitude for problem-solving, and able to address concurrent demands from operational requirements and policy considerations.
