**Operations Executive**

**Job Scope**
- Working with management to set annual business plans to meet targets, growth and standards for respective products/ territories
- Conducting market research, competitive analysis, getting customer feedback, monitoring and analyzing market trends for the formulating of effective marketing strategies.
- Working with management to conducting Quarterly Business Reviews to ensure annual business plans stay on track.
- Strengthening the corporate branding of CAD-IT group.
- Achieving excellent customer and public relations & service by facilitating an effective communications system among the staff, customers, strategic partners, media, government agencies and industry.
- Establishing effective communication among staff, customers, strategic partners, media, government agencies and industry.
- Establishing collaborative partnerships and ensuring they meet the desired objectives and deliverables are achieved.
- Working with the technical and customer care team to achieve and maintain standards of excellence in customer support and care.
- Developing the skills resources of Sales & Customer Services Executives in order to achieve targeted sales
- Getting and acting on Customer feedback via win reports, customer audits, post training/ post event surveys etc.
- Establishing and improving relevant policies and procedures.
- Ensuring CRM is used effectively to achieve optimized customer service and maximum customer satisfaction

**Attributes**:

- At least 3 years of experience and qualifications in a related role.
- Strong competence in using latest office admin tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Good knowledge, qualifications and experience in the Design, Engineering or Manufacturing or IT Industry are advantageous.
- Experience in Quality Standards / ISO implementation and auditing is advantageous
- Excellent command of English, ability to communicate and articulate thoughts and ideas concisely
- Excellent presentation and communications skills.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
- A curious, creative mind with good feel for aesthetics and desire for challenging tasks.
- Self-motivated with a drive and desire for results
- Respond well to pressure
- Excellent team and networking skills
- Confident in taking the initiative and making creative decisions
- Professional with strong sense of ethics and morals.
- Strong sense of integrity and honesty
- A team player and an approachable character
- Ability to inspire confidence and trust amongst colleagues and customers.

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
