We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Logistics Executive with strong Excel skills to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in managing supply chain operations, leveraging your expertise in Excel to analyze data, streamline processes, and support efficient decision-making. 1.Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory, and transportation.

2.Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) to analyze logistics data and create reports.

3.Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.

4.Track shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and resolve any issues with carriers or vendors.

5.Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipment schedules, and delivery performance.

6.Support the coordination of import/export activities, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.

7.Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain and recommend data-driven improvements.

8.Assist in preparing logistics dashboards and KPIs for management review.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role.
- Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and data visualization.
- Familiarity with logistics and inventory management software is a plus.
- Proficiency in SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,200.00 per month
