**Roles & Responsibilities**

The Senior Operations Executive is responsible for maintaining overall operations flow involving daily order transactions flow, performance reporting on sales turnover, and proper inventory forecasting sell thru performance of goods and services for the organization.

**1. ORDER FUFILLMENT**
- Handle order processing and ensure order submitted by buyers are in tag
- Work closely with 3PL on order fulfilment, defective and discrepancies
- Attend to outlet’s enquiry on order amendment and delivery issues
- Coordinate of backend sales process flow from requisition to order delivery, by ensuring orders are fulfilled accordingly.
- Generate and submit Invoice for Sales Order to Finance department for billing purposes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and 3PL on delivery schedule to ensure delivery plan can be executed in accordance to targets
- Work closely with delivery team to ensure that delivery is completed according to the schedule given
- Provide monthly Delivery Report

The Warehouse Cum Driver Executive is responsible for warehousing, inventory control, pick pack, and assistant delivery driver for the organization. To pick and pack goods in an air conditioned warehouse, standy as delivery driver when required.

- 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the loading and unloading of goods
- Assist in the replenishment & transfer of goods
- Pack and load products into Van and deliver order to customers outlets.
- Area cleaning
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor from time to timeJOB SPECIFICATION
- Singapore Class 3 Driving License with good driving records.
- Relevant experience is advantageous
- Hardworking and able to work with minimum supervision
- Detailed and task-oriented
- Singaporean Preferred
