Identify business opportunities and generate profitable sales from new and existing key accounts
- Develops plans to ensure revenue growth in company’s products.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve set sales objectives with support from other departments
- Responsible for realizing annual sales/business targets
- Prospecting for potential opportunities and ensure follow up efforts from the team to clinch the sales
- Present job proposals to key customers and lead commercial negotiation with key customers
- Active involvement in Company’s marketing efforts
- Establish and maintain good professional relationship with key accounts and critical personal at customers to ensure customer satisfaction and business expansion
- Facilitate in resolving service issues with the customer as appropriate and requested
- Build, develop and manage sales team to support sales strategies.
- Develop and implement all sales policies, practices and internal sales procedures to drive service excellence
- Oversee coordination with relevant departments on meeting customers’ requirements and feedback
- Continuously work with other internal stakeholders in the areas of new account sales development and sales growth

**Requirements**:

- Diploma majoring in supply chain / logistics / transportation management / sales and marketing
- Minimum 5 years industry experience and business development or managerial and/or customer relationship management experience.
- Knowledge in freight forwarding, supply chain solutions will be added advantage
- Strong organizational, business writing and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership qualities and motivation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $4,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
