**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with Institutes of higher learning on internships and recruitment.
- Manage onboarding, internal transfers and off-boarding processes.
- Develop, conceptualise and deliver orientation programmes
- Assist in reviewing, developing and implementing Group HR policies and practices
- Assist in formulating policies related to people management, attraction, deployment and development
- Participate in annual salary surveys; salary data review and analysis and update Group salary structure to align with company compensation policy and guidelines
- Administer annual performance review, salary increment and promotion exercise and variable bonus
- Conduct employee counselling and handling of grievances.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of employee data and documents collected and updated in system.
- Attend to periodic external business audits and questionnaires which require HR inputs
- Participate in ad-hoc assignments, projects and co-ordinate communication sessions as and when required

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business/ Business Administration with specialisation in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 5-7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Must be well-versed in Singapore and Malaysia Labour Laws
- Knowledge in compensation tools and methodology will be ideal
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel and Powerpoint. Familiar with commonly used communication platforms and software.
- Detail-oriented, analytically inclined and possess good problem solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communications skills
- Self-starter and a team player
