
Customer Service Ops Manager

As a Customer Service Administrative Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the customer service and warehouse logistics department. You will provide product and services information, handle customer’s questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face. To ensure exceptional service to our customers while adhering to company policies and procedures. Your role will involve optimising workflows, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
**Role Description**:
- Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to streamline operations and improve productivity
- Facilitate communication between the customer service department, including warehouse and other internal teams (e.g. product development) to address customer feedback
- Handle customer’s feedbacks and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Oversee and handle the daily warehouse operations such as facilitating inventory of inbounding and outbounding of stocks, logistics, and space management
- Oversee and handle inventory stocktake exercise
- Oversee and ensure smooth operations of picking and packing of orders
- Ensure daily housekeeping of warehouse
**Role Requirements**:
- Previous relevant experience in Customer Service
- Minimum diploma qualification
- Possess Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Good communicator, attitude and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense and interest in fashion
- Meticulous with details
- Must be able to converse and write in English fluently
- Witty and good with problem solving
- Self-motivated, well organised - able to time manage independently on multiple tasks
- Must be able to work in a team/ individually and possess a strong leadership role
