**What you will do**:
To lead Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process that delivers the products and services at the lowest total system costs while meeting highest level of customers and consumers satisfaction and at optimal investment in inventory. The S&OP Lead will be responsible to drive the regional S&OP collaboration process to help business units achieve higher level of efficiency by improving forecasting capability and conduct S&OP, demand-supply review & weekly review meetings to align all stake holders on operational plan linked to business objectives. This role is part of JCH Global Supply chain team and will work together with other stake holders to drive IBP/S&OP process for all markets.

**How you will do it**:

- Lead the S&OP Process to optimize the value chain relationships within company businesses to deliver value and provide transparency to the organization on demand, constraints, opportunities, etc. Aggregate large amounts of data, filter for importance and tie together in a context relevant story designed to drive action.
- Manage the S&OP Calendar, Meeting agendas, and Content Presentation. Prepare monthly S&OP deck using inputs from Commercial teams, Regional P&Ls, Supply Chain and Plants. Facilitate monthly S&OP meetings (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP Working Meeting, and Executive Review meetings).
- IBP/S&OP Process - Responsible for driving S&OP process to ensure alignment on operational plan linked to business objectives leading to higher service level, compliance to plan and operational efficiency. Conduct cadence of S&OP meetings (Demand review, Pre S&OP supply review, S&OP and Executive S&OP meetings) to ensure full visibility and alignment of plan in the short to medium term. Review aggregate demand and Supply plans with key focus on inventory turns and forecast accuracy. KPIs to be delivered: Fill Rate/OTIF & Inventory turns.
- Assist in the resolution of key supply-demand/service-cost issues
- Reporting and Analytics - Publish & report KPI dashboard to track progress vs plan on a weekly/ monthly basis. Build a framework for root cause analysis for variance vs plan for key KPIs. Provide support for MIS (as per requirement) and presentations for key meetings (presentations for SC meet, Quarterly/Annual review meetings etc.) Work with Global Supply Chain team on consolidating and analyzing key KPIs.

**What are we looking for**:

- Preferably completed tertiary studies in Bachelors in Engineering / Bachelors in Technology from an institute/university of repute. An MBA with specialization in Operations & Supply Chain Management from a tier-1 institute would be highly valued.
- Relevant experience in IBP process in a complex multi plant supply network.
- 10-15 years of relevant post qualification experience in reputed organizations (Global / American MNCs) with strong manufacturing & supply chain operations.
- Strong organizational skills in strategy, communication at all levels and execution.
- Strong leadership skills. Ability to lead, contribute, and influence others in a team-based organization
- Excellent people skills, project management skills, with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner.
