The basic function of this position will be to execute Demand and Supply Planning process that delivers the products and services at the lowest total system costs while meeting highest level of customers and consumers satisfaction and at optimal investment in inventory.

The position will collate Demand plan & conduct review meetings including demand -supply review, weekly SOE, Supply review to help business units achieve higher service level by improving fulfilment, inter-company & allocation plan and align all stake holders on operational plan linked to business objectives.

This position as part of **JCH Global Supply Chain **team will work together with region sales, country GMs, manufacturing, logistics and finance to execute S&OP process for region.

**What you will do**:
This position will deliver a combination of the following results:

- Execute robust Supply Planning processes with KPIs to be measured to drive business growth and deliver the process through cross functional collaboration and alignments
- Deliver improvements in demand planning accuracy and production plan fidelity to achieve higher service level at optimal inventory
- Collaborate with manufacturing, material planning, demand planning and logistics team to ensure compliance to plan leading to higher service level
- Drive Inventory Management of FGs, RM & WIP by setting inventory policy and guidelines and ensuring execution through a standard process
- Lead Supply Chain transformational projects to drive agility and resiliency to deliver business objectives

**Specific Responsibilities**:
**Anchoring “Demand Planning” Cycle**: Lead the process to
- Collate Demand Plan and conduct review meetings to ensure alignment on operational plan linked to business objectives
- Share analytic on scenarios and comparison with plan/ last cycle for review and decision making
- Work with sales team to convert unconstrained demand plan into constrained plan based on supply visibility.

**Anchoring “Supply Planning” Cycle**: Lead the process to
- Drive Supply review meetings to ensure alignment on operation plan in the short to medium term
- Conduct cadence of S&OP meetings (Supply review, Demand -Supply S&OP etc.) to achieve consensus for operational plan, facilitating a collaborative planning process with sales, marketing and finance personnel. Prepare relevant material to actively contribute to the S&OP discussion
- Provide inputs to global operations team for supply network / source plan optimization
- Provide inputs for long term capacity and rough-cut capacity planning for the multi-site complex supply network
- Drive efficiency in the integrated production planning and material planning process through a tool
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure execution to plan on a daily/weekly/ monthly basis
- Provide visibility of stock, sale, production and service level through daily/weekly/ monthly exception reports like weekly availability, mitigation plans etc.

- **Inventory Management **-Execute the roadmap for inventory optimization at market/manufacturing unit level. Drive inventory as per the guidelines agreed with the management. **_KPIs to be delivered: Inventory turns & E&O _**
- **Supply Chain transformation **-Drive & Execute Global SC transformation projects (Integrated Supply Chain Solution, BI tools etc.) in close coordination with Global Supply Chain, Sale & Marketing and Manufacturing team. **_KPIs to be delivered: Roll out of SC tools as per plan _**
- **Reporting and Analytics **- Publish & report KPI dashboard to track progress vs plan on a weekly/ monthly basis. Build a framework for root cause analysis for variance vs plan for key KPIs. Provide support for MIS (as per requirement) and presentations for key meetings (presentations for SC meet, Quarterly/Annual review meetings etc.) Work with Global Supply Chain team on consolidating and analyzing key KPIs.

**What we look for**:

- B.E. / B.Tech. from an institute/university of repute. An MBA with specialization in Operations & Supply Chain Management from a tier-1 institute.
- Relevant experience in Supply Planning and IBP process in a complex multi plant supply network
