**You'll make a difference by**:

- **Lead Digitalization Projects**: Drive the full lifecycle of digitalization projects for manufacturing clients, from strategy to implementation.
- **Develop Digital Strategies**: Create innovative digital strategies and solutions tailored to clients' needs to enhance their competitive edge.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Serve as the primary point of contact, building strong, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders.
- **Team Leadership and Mentorship**: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering their professional growth and building new capabilities.
- **Project Ownership and Communication**: Take full ownership of project success, proactively managing communication and alignment with both client and internal leadership.
- **Business Development Support**: Actively contribute to business development efforts through coordination and collaboration.

**Your defining qualities**:

- **Digital Project Experience**: Possess 6-10 years of experience in managing and implementing digital projects within industrial settings.
- **Industrial Technology Exposure**: Strong familiarity with industrial technology stacks (Sensors, PLCs, Modbus/TCP-IP, SCADA, MES, ML, Cloud, IoT) is highly valued.
- **Project Leadership Experience**: At least 2 years of experience leading digital engagements as a Project Manager, ideally within a renowned industrial company or start-up.
- **Strong Problem-Solving and Communication Skills**: Excellent analytical, conceptual, and creative problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- **Industrial Domain Knowledge**: A strong understanding of various industrial sectors is highly advantageous.
