**The opportunity**

**Responsibilities**:

- Leading and managing pricing aspect of new products during the design, development, launch and monitoring stages.
- Doing pricing optimization and develop business solutions to achieve business objectives
- Performing deep-dive analyses to identify underlying drivers of the issues, understand business implications and come up with practical and effective solutions.
- Supporting and providing input to the Product and Distribution team on product/campaign design and initiatives
- Engaging in the product implementation process and providing Actuarial inputs to system / operation team.
- Leading product approval discussions with internal and regional stakeholders.
- Leading in the annual business planning and budgeting exercise.
- Leading other key projects relating to pricing, reinsurance, distribution compensation, IFRS17 work etc.
- Team management. Providing good guidance to team members in handling technical challenges, product design directions and stakeholder management.

**What we are looking for**
- Above 10 years actuarial working experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability combined with very strong technical actuarial skills.
- Risk management focus, with ability to see beyond traditional measures and identify emerging issues.
- Ability to respond to changing demands from multiple stakeholders and prioritize needs and results while working under deadline pressure
- Knowledge of IFRS and local pricing/reserving regulation.
- Strong general programming skills and ability to develop organized, creative and consistent solutions to diverse and sophisticated problems
