The People team plays a crucial organisational role in Shopee by channeling important resources to key functions in the company. People are key to Shopee’s growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.
**About the Team**:
- The Regional Organisation Development (OD) Team is responsible for strategically designing and developing an efficient organisation structure, shape and workforce mix to ensure a healthy and sustainable organisation growth in the long term.
- Assist the Regional OD team in the planning, management, and execution of our OD projects
- Conduct market research on best practices, framework, market trends related to organisational efficiency, organisation design, and high-performing workforce
- Brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas to develop new initiatives and improve existing programs
- Provide support in drafting OD-related communications to relevant stakeholders
- Assist in collaborating with various HR teams to gather input and conduct data analysis
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a/enrolled in Bachelor's Degree or above
- Having a passion for people and organisation
- Having a strong affinity for critical thinking, problem-solving, and result-oriented
- Being able to demonstrate excellent communication competencies (oral and written), in a culturally diverse environment
- Hardworking, highly accountable and reliable
- Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn
- Full-time interns preferred (3 months or longer)
