Regional Culture Specialist

People are key to Shopee’s growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.
- Implement and execute regional culture initiatives related to values, feedback culture, organisational norms, etc.
- Partner collaboratively with HR Business Partners and local project PICs to coordinate and ensure the delivery of culture initiatives across the region
- Conduct research and analyse data to generate insights, evaluate initiatives and develop solutions to support organisation-wide culture initiatives
- Identify and incorporate best practices for the company's culture and values initiatives
- Drive and support any other HR projects as assigned
**Requirements**:
- 2-4 years of relevant HR experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resource Management or other relevant disciplines
- Experience working in large technology companies and their various people initiatives is a plus
- Prior regional or global experience is a plus
- Highly motivated with strong project management skills
- Detail oriented and have interest in HR related matters
- Strong communication and collaborative skills and the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and deliver quality work while meeting deadlines
