**About the Team**:

- The Regional Culture Team is responsible for facilitating organisation success by building intrinsic and extrinsic capacity across the organisation. Intrinsic includes values and behaviours, and extrinsic includes awards and ways of working.- Involve in enhancing the employee experience through various initiatives, such as reviewing and summarising the feedback received by employees and organising appreciation and recognition programmes
- Plan and implement the nomination process for an Annual Global Values-driven Recognition Award
- Organise and coordinate Long Service Award, from preparing the communications to recipients to logistics for the physical ceremony
- Support in the preparation and making of internal videos that will be played during the Global Award Ceremony
- Summarize and create reports on key suggestions and feedback received globally
- Support other projects assigned by the manager, such as tasks related to the Regional HRBP work

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast learner with strong time management skills to deliver work on time
- Detail-oriented and well-organised in a dynamic work environment
- Possesses a can-do spirit
- Comfortable working independently and in a team
- Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office products such as Excel and PowerPoint
