Job Summary

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in day-to-day operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and general HR administration. This role offers valuable exposure to HR processes and the opportunity to contribute to ongoing HR projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in posting job advertisements and screening applications.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare employment documents and support onboarding arrangements for new hires.
  • Maintain and update staff records and checklists.

2. HR Administration

  • Assist in maintaining employee files and HR databases.
  • Prepare and update HR documents, letters, and reports.
  • Support leave and attendance tracking.
  • Handle general administrative duties and correspondence.

3. Employee Engagement & Welfare

  • Assist in planning and executing staff engagement activities and events.
  • Help with internal communication materials such as newsletters or HR announcements.
  • Support initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for HR-related matters as assigned.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong interest in human resources and people management.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Preferably available to start immediately or on short notice
