Warehouse Inventory Executive

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Ensure that PROPER AND ACCURATE VERIFICATION has been done for the following activities:

- Order Picking - pick ticket has been endorsed by the picker to signify that what has been picked is based on the specifications spelled out on the pick ticket or order called for by the customer in terms of the total number of items picked (quantity), the correct part number or SKU or model number or batch number, and from the correct location as indicated on the pick ticket;
- Packing - prior to final packing, verification has been done to ensure that the picker picked the correct quantity, SKU/part number/model number/batch number and that the packer packed the items based on the pick ticket and packing methodology that is in accordance with the requirement of the program/account/customer;
- Releasing - prior to final releasing to the trucker/haulier, to ensure that the total number of packages / pallets matches with the shipping documents and including the container number and seal number.
- Value Added Services (VAS) monitoring - ONLY WHEN APPLICABLE to the program/account, to ensure that the SOP has been followed by the warehouse assistants within the specified and agreed lead time requirement of the customer and that the necessary operational check list (when applicable) has been completed based on the different stages of the VAS completion.

Inventory Accuracy. To ensure that the following inventory accuracy is met at all times within the warehouse:

- Inventory Location Accuracy: Actual Physical Inventory Location MATCHES with the WMS Inventory Location through the implementation of regular cycle count as defined within the SOP;
- Inventory Count Accuracy: Actual Physical Inventory Quantity/Count MATCHES with the WMS Inventory Quantity / Count through the implementation of regular cycle count as defined within the SOP.

Strict adherence to the Safety and Environmental requirements of Agility (ISO 14000 & ISO 18000) and the related statutory requirements mandated by the government authorities related to the implementation of safe working environment (e.g. fire safety requirement, proper handling of the MHE, etc.).

Operational KPI Management. Assist the Warehouse Operation Manager in ensuring that the operational KPIs are met in accordance with the requirements of the customer/account/program.

To assist the Warehouse Operation Manager in monitoring the staff’s work performance and to inculcate the work discipline within the team to ensure smooth flow of the day-to-day operational activities.

Good Housekeeping on a DAILY basis. To ensure the maintenance of cleanliness within the four walls of the warehouse. Good housekeeping shall also extend to the space maximization through the consolidation of the goods stored in the warehouse, when the program permits so. To ensure that at the end of the day, any left-over inventory in the warehouse floor must be accounted for to avoid any inventory shortage (for export) or put-away activity missed out.

Any ad hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor/ Manager not mentioned as per above.
