- Position Title**:Warehouse and Inventory Controller/ Warehouse Executive**:

- Working Location: Tuas (5 mins walk from Tuas Crescent MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon -Fri, 8.30 am - 5.45 pm)
- Salary Package**: Up to $3000 +$100 (Transport Allowance) + AWS + Performance Bonus**:

- Duration: Full Time/ Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee day-to-day operations in the warehouse & supporting production
- materials need.
- Ensure all inventories are received, processed and stored in a safe, efficient and timely manner.
- Ensure proper documentation of the warehouse for records and traceability. Coordinate daily activities of a team of procurement, planning, warehouse assistant on receiving and dispatch of goods to production, quality inspection and its respective location.
- Ensure efficient storing and distributing of inventory.
- Develop, implement, and maintain all of the procedures and protocols in regard to proper inventory control for the purpose of maintaining accurate financial information.
- Verify and validate warehouse inventory cycle counts.
- Perform goods and service receiving and ensure documents provided to Finance for proper payment.
- Keep abreast of latest export control regulations to update relevant parties.
- Tracking of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Lead the warehouse storeman to ensure proper training and guidance are provided.
- Work with planning to review overall schedule and provide task and schedule to warehouse if extra support is needed.
- Overall responsible for maintaining the accuracy and on-time kitting and delivery and GR’d materials.
- Ensure all goods received and released must be performed in accordance with VM system
- No releasing of manual goods without proper charging.
- Perform regular cycle count and report as per requirements for all stock items stored in VM.
- Maintain proper tagging and labelling of warehouse inventory parts.
- Understand and comply with all related warehouse operation processes.
- Prepare and analyse monthly/ quarterly inventory reports for upper management
- Data entry for inventory updates.
- Work closely with production planner team to execute materials issues to production line and support production activity if there are any urgent cases related to warehouse calls.
- Work closely on the production router / BOM / materials needs with quality and production team to support immediately once requested.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
