**Position Overview
As an Inventory and Warehouse Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing and organizing the inventory and warehouse operations for a fashion company. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, and distributing fashion products while maintaining accurate inventory records. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that the fashion products are readily available for sales, minimizing stockouts, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations.

**Key Responsibilities
**1. Inventory Management**
- Liaise with logistics team to perform daily stocks transfers by keying in data of stocks movements and keeping record of these movements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems or software. Regularly update stock levels, item codes, and product descriptions to ensure accuracy.

**2. Order Fulfillment**
- Pick and pack fashion products accurately for customer orders and internal requests. Prepare packages for shipment and coordinate with shipping carriers for timely deliveries.

**3. Stock Replenishment**
- Liaise with logistics and operations team to arrange for daily distribution route. Work closely with logistics team and sales team to resolve any stocks discrepancies during delivery.

**4. Stock Organization**
- Organize and arrange products in the warehouse, ensuring proper storage and easy access for efficient retrieval.
- 5. Receiving and Inspecting Merchandise
- Receive incoming products, verify their quantity, and inspect them for any damages or discrepancies.
- Check that all deliveries match the purchase orders and packing lists.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Higher Secondary/Pre-U/'A' Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
- Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role, preferably in the fashion industry, is beneficial.
- Familiarity with computer and Microsoft outlook and excel is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy fashion products as required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and other departments.
- Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
