
HR Assistant/admin Assistant

**Job Description**:
Perform data entry, documentation, coordination of workflow, and other administrative duties.
Replenishment of office and pantry supplies, and upkeep of office furniture.
Coordination of flight bookings, hotel accommodation, and transportation arrangements.
Administer CPF submission and other statutory submission claims such as NS Pay etc.
Administer insurance claims and yearly renewals
Issue and manage invoices, remittances, statements, and other simple accounting duties.
Answer calls and be the point of contact for all customers, suppliers, and secretarial matters.
**Requirements**:
Degree, Diploma or certificate in Office Administrative or similar
At least 1-year of experience in administrative or HR related work.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office especially MS Excel
Immediate commencement preferred
