Responsibilities

Human Resource

  • Assist with business licensing, insurance renewals, and grant applications
  • Track attendance, leave applications, and performance evaluations
  • Recruitment: job postings, screening, interview coordination
  • Support of employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
  • Provide general office admin support

Accounting

  • Handle daily bookkeeping, data entry, and month-end closings
  • Prepare GIRO collection/ payment via online banking
  • Prepare payments to vendors via online banking/ TT remittance
  • Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports
  • Maintain clean, accurate, and compliant accounting records

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR and/or accounting
  • Familiar with tools like Xero
  • Meticulous, responsible, and highly organized
