NTUC Health is one of the largest community health and eldercare providers in Singapore. We are looking to make a difference in our community and are recruiting dynamic and highly driven individuals to join the Human Resource team. You can expect to work with a team of agile and committed HR professionals.

As the Total Rewards & Special Projects Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees. In addition, your analytical, process and detailed orientation skills will be deployed to facilitate transformative projects in the different HR functions.
- Support the Head to develop and administer C&B strategies, and recognition programs
- Conduct regular market analysis & benchmarking to ensure our competitiveness and cost sustainability
- Facilitate and manage all compensation-related projects and activities such as Annual and Mid-year compensation cycles including salary review and increment exercise, bonuses payout and other ad hoc payments
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on compensation-related matters, not limited to job evaluations, salary benchmarking and pay philosophy
- Support the Head to facilitate and manage special HR projects with an aim to drive efficiency and effectiveness

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in C&B management at a managerial level, those with experience in the health or community care sector would be advantageous
- Experience in leading C&B administration and managing compensation cycles and compensation restructuring
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, perform market analysis, and make data-driven recommendations
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, regulations, market practices governing people & HR practices

- Demonstrated abilities to influence the desired changes despite ambiguities and to manage
- Strong IT literacy, possesses eye for details with a spirit of excellence
