Sales Coordinator and Admin Support

We are looking for a good customer service personality with responsibile working attitude person to join us.

Incumbent duties expected are:
*Handle couriers in & out & keep traceable records.

*Provide general clerical office administrative support.

*Handle Quotation, Invoicing & PO with customer & supplier.

(Good Bookkeeping/accounting background is an advantage.)

*Keep good relationships internally & externally with colleagues and customers.Be cheerful & kind.

*Detail minded, Responsive and willing to complete task by target time frame given.

*Maintaining & Up keep records and filling, including spreadsheets and databases record should be up-to-date.

*Payroll & Petty Cash prepare & release.

*Provide regional admin support & coordinations.

*Other ad hoc task assign by Mgmt.

**Salary**: $1,900.00 - $2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
