Our client is a leading manufacturing company looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to be the vital link between our sales team and our customers. What You'll Do:

  • Be the key point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing timely updates on orders and deliveries
  • Prepare accurate quotations and process customer purchase orders, ensuring all details are correct
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth and on-time order fulfilment
  • Prepare essential shipping documents and manage certifications like the Certificate of Origin (COO)
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and support business planning
  • Support the sales team with valuable customer feedback and market insights

What We're Looking For:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a sales coordination, customer service, or administrative role. Experience in manufacturing is a strong advantage
  • A proactive, detail-oriented problem-solver who can work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong team spirit
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus, but not mandatory
