We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to join our catering team. The ideal candidate will support the sales process from inquiry to order fulfillment, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle and respond to sales inquiries via phone and email promptly
  • Provide professional service and advice to customers pertaining to products and pricing matters
  • Manage and resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and courteous manner
  • Process sales orders and coordinate delivery schedules to meet deadlines
  • Enter sales orders into the system and verify order details such as pricing, quantities, and delivery arrangements
  • Coordinate closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Support the Catering Manager with administrative tasks and maintain organized filing systems
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements :

  • Diploma in Food & Beverage Management or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in F&B or corporate sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and sales-driven
  • Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
