**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with customer service tasks, including handling inquiries, showroom duties, booking appointments, and marking slabs.
- Help with documentation and filing tasks.
- Work with the Operations Division to track order status and coordinate with customers for order fulfillment and delivery.
- Provide back-end support to the sales team, including preparing quotations, and samples, verifying payments, and arranging product training.
- Manage, prepare, and replenish collateral like samples and catalogs.
- Handle any other duties as assigned.
