**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounts Assistant Responsibilities**:

- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other accounting transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
- Process overtime calculation
- Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable ie collection of outstanding payments and keeping track of outstanding payables

**Administrative Assistant Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and organize office files and records.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for management or staff.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Assist in organizing company events and travel arrangements.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in accounts or administration, fresh grads welcome
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Certificate or diploma in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field is a plus.

**Additional Skills (Optional but Advantageous)**:

- Familiarity with office management procedures.
- Knowledge of basic HR functions.
- Excellent communication skills
