About the role
We are seeking 2x Accounts Assistant (AP/AR) to join our team at W. ATELIER PTE LTD' in the Pioneer West Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing essential bookkeeping and accounting support to our business operations.
What you'll be doing
- Handle either all Accounts Receivable (AR) or Accounts Payable (AP) duties
- Prepare project progress claims (AR)
- Update sales data
- Providing administrative support to the finance team as needed
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounts assistant role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Proficient in using accounting software, such as SAP
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- A proactive, organised and problem-solving mindset
