**About Us**:
TTRacing is a leading brand of gaming chairs and ergonomic desks across Southeast Asia. As our business continues to grow in Singapore, we’re looking for a **Business Operations Executive** — a hands-on, adaptable team player who can support day-to-day operations and ensure business continuity across teams.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the Country Manager and play a central role in a growing business. You’ll learn the ropes of both operations and customer experience, stepping in where needed and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Support daily operations**, including order management, logistics coordination, and customer service escalation handling
- **Step in during team absences** to ensure continuity across order fulfillment, customer support, and retail operations
- **Assist with special projects** such as bulk orders, showroom events, campaign launches, or workflow improvements
- **Help monitor KPIs** across logistics and customer service, ensuring SLAs and service standards are met
- **Collaborate cross-functionally** with our teams in Malaysia and the Philippines
- **Contribute to retail operations**, including managing stock, coordinating part-timers, or assisting at events as needed
- **Support the Country Manager** with ad hoc tasks and business reporting when required

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 1-2 years of experience in operations, customer service, or general administration (or a fresh grad with strong internships and a can-do attitude)
- Resourceful, adaptable, and willing to learn — you’re comfortable juggling multiple hats and figuring things out
- Strong communicator and team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Detail-oriented and reliable — you make sure the small things don’t slip through
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and ownership
- Bonus if you’ve worked in e-commerce, logistics, or a fast-paced SME environment

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
