About us dhost Global Inc, is a leading next-generation neutral host provider for indoor wired (FO) and wireless (cellular & WiFi) telecommunications services. Neutral Host for indoor cellular is a business that invests in designing and building the telecommunication infrastructure, followed by operating and leasing the infrastructure to Mobile Network Operators (MNO) and Internet Service Providers (ISP). dhost was incorporated in 2017. We set off with rapid acquisitions of indoor Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) projects. We continue to expand our project pipelines through acquisition and in bidding on new projects including triple-play for mix development mega superblocks projects across the region. dhost aims to set a new standard in delivering indoor neutral hosting by deploying proven and future-proof technology that has been successfully implemented worldwide. We constantly upgrade the existing network to raise the service standard. As the wired and wireless network is converging, dhost is paving the future roadmap in offering a unified, high-available network for the building. Key accountabilities Develop sales pipeline for ICT-related solutions, specifically the Digital Mapping platform services. Responsible for contributing to revenue growth across various market segments. Ability to identify value propositions and build and justify business cases is essential. Develop a sell plan and sales engagement material and strategy to engage customers across different levels within the organisation, including senior executives. Responsible for contract review - supported by legal team. Strong skillset in end-to-end Sales lifecycle management from leads generation to successful sales closure. Build deep and trusted business relationships with customers. Experience in delivering managed services comprising suites of solutions based on customer needs. Responsible for sales reporting on weekly basis as well as monthly revenue reporting. Ability to learn company’s other products and services so as to bundle with the Digital Mapping solutions offering. Provide administrative support as well as project management when needed. Skills & experience At least >5 years in accounts management and sales experience. Preferably with relevant experience in Telecommunications and Technology industry Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business or other related disciplines Experience in developing and account management. Ability to deliver customer-focused solutions will be an added advantage. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills. Self-motivated, diligent, and responsible, with keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines. Strong planning ability with good time management. Able to function as an individual contributor or team player. Enjoy engaging people, able to deal with challenges and self-motivated. Familiar with current technologies and eager to learn and deepen knowledge besides being sales focused. Familiarity with Telecoms and ICT-related needs of customers across multiple industries and sectors will have an additional advantage. Willing and able to travel when required.
