Key member of Enterprise Business Segment team in providing sales and marketing support to Enterprise Business Solutions division across various channels, to drive EB and EB2life sales through engaging value propositions and customer excellence.
**Job Description**:
- Develop customer segmentation, target and positioning strategy for channels in EB Agency, Direct, Bancassurance (Partnerships), Strategic Partnerships and Renewals to drive both EB and EB2life sales- Create engaging and differentiated value propositions from incentive campaigns, product discounts to compelling health & wellness offerings- Evaluate existing and new partners / vendors to improve offerings to FCs and EB customers- Develop and improve customer experience for EB sub segments across various customer touchpoints, with a focus on customer centricity- Create a suite of assets and marketing tools to aid FCs in their engagement with prospects for new business and renewals- Create and/or assist in the review of presentations, both internal and external, to ensure quality and consistency such as tender proposals, pitches, etc.- Build brand awareness for EB and establish thought leadership across various media and platforms- Implement the Communication and marketing strategy for EB for various target audience
- FCs, HR, Insured Members.-
- Ensuring KPIs remain relevant for EB, with the view to scale up and drive customer centricity
Who we are looking for:
Competencies & Personal Traits- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as a team player- Able to work well with stakeholders across various departments- Articulate with a strong command of English- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel, and Canva- Adept in developing various modes of communications in an engaging and impactful manner with understanding of branding, aesthetics and messaging for different target audience- Customer experience-oriented with basic understanding and appreciation of UX / UI
Working Experience- Preferred experience in Financial institution or Enterprise Business/Group Insurance- Marketing, communications, advertising background- Experience leading agencies to create collaterals for various communication purposes
