**Responsibilities**:

- Lead BytePlus SEA field organization to meet BytePlus regional targets and expand BytePlus business across SEA.
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base (driving new logo adoption) in APAC.
- Work with BytePlus global team in developing, defining and executing the marketing and sales strategy in SEA.
- Build and manage a team composed of Sellers (SDR, AE, Solution Specialist)
- Accurate reporting on sales and business activities and forecasting to senior management team.
- Own the end-to-end sales process and customer journey:

- Actively lead and monitor demand generation activities
- Lead initiatives to drive customer awareness and engagement
- Develop and execute successful sales campaigns and coach team for best-in-class sales pursuits.
- Ensure smooth customer onboarding. Drive customer's full adoption and usage of our solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Create a stimulating environment where everyone keeps a learning mindset and is energized by new growth opportunities, open to try new things, fail and make progress. 1. At least 5 years of sales and channel experience in cloud computing or video cloud
2. Have rich resources and relationships with local customers and partners, and have a deep understanding of local industrial structure and industry trends
3. Be good at developing early markets and entering new markets
4. Strong communication skills and radical execution
5. Proficient in English communication and local language is a plus as this role will be working with clients from the SEA region.
