**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Business or relevant
- **At least 5 years specalised experience in full Compensation and benefits / Performance & Rewards functions**:
- **Supervisory experience**:
- **Strong in Excel and familiar with Payroll system (review Payroll)**
