Apac Business Functions Fp&a Manager

This is a Business Partnering role with the senior APAC Functional Leaders (HR, Legal, IT, Comms, Operations and Finance), by providing analysis and insights to enable them to make strategic decisions for their function.

You will work very closely with the APAC and Global teams, and the role requires a high degree of agility and skill in navigating multiple senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnering
- Deliver best in class financial information and analysis to Functional Leaders, providing timely, sound, and clear financial analysis of current results that enables strategic decision making for their function.
- Own and drive accurate financial budget, re-forecasts, monthly close for each of the Business Function.
- Identify areas of cost improvements to help Functional leaders to stay efficient on resource allocation and meet their absolute cost metrics.

Regional Cost Center (RCC)
- Support APAC Commercial Finance CFO to track RCC expenditure against budgets and forecasts.
- Support FP&A work on budget, re-forecast, monthly actual reporting for RCC.

Other Responsibilities:

- Support Regional Finance team during the forecast and budget process by providing ad-hoc analysis, creation of presentation slides, etc
- From time to time, support other work streams, including but not limited to
- Review business cases (Internal Limit request, Property deals, etc.)
- Support the business partnering with Practice Leaders in tracking performance across APAC markets and managing of central budgets.

Key Requirements for the role
- Degree in Accountancy, or equivalent professional qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate and commercial finance
- Excellent analytical and presentational skills, with track record communicating and engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Platform and BPC would be good to have
- Track record in business partnering and cross-functional collaboration.
