**Roles & Responsibilities**

1. Role Description:
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, their responsibilities is to assist the restaurant manager in maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

2. Specific Responsibilities:
1) To assist the manager in coordinating daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations 2) To assist the manager in responding efficiently and accurately to customer complaints 3) To regularly assist the manager in reviewing product quality and researching of new vendors 4) To assist on managing restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it. 5) To assist the manager to Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations 6) To assist the manager in creating detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses

3. Competencies:
1) Great coordination skills and Superior services

2) Efficiency of handling customer complaints and research of new vendors

3) Implementing of policies and protocols, supervising and staff appraisal skills

4) Overseeing the future needs for goods and ensuring compliance with safety regulations 5)Detailed reporting and promotion of brand in local community. A great mindset to consistently recommend ways to reach a broader audience.

4. Duration of Traineeships: 6 months

5. Approved Training Allowance: Fresh Graduates - $2,500, Non-mature Mid-career Individuals - $2,500, Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $2,700

6. Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role Under SGUnited Traineeship:
This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals (mature and non-mature). Graduates interested in this position should possess a Degree and above Qualification. Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
