Role Overview

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in all administrative, operational, and team-management duties. You will help run daily restaurant operations, ensure great customer experiences, and assist in developing a motivated and high-performing crew.

You will also take full charge of the restaurant whenever the Store Manager is not present, leading the team and ensuring smooth operations.

This role is ideal for a driven individual ready to grow — fast. With SIDES expanding rapidly in Singapore and the region, Store Manager or even Area Management opportunities could be just 6–12 months away for the right candidate.

You will report directly to the Store Manager

Qualifications & Requirements
  • 3–6 years of F&B experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or shift-lead role (QSR preferred).
  • Strong drive to grow into Store Manager / Area Manager responsibilities.
  • Comfortable with POS systems, digital scheduling tools, and operational reporting platforms.
  • Hands-on, energetic, and service-oriented.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
